Pre-workout juice

When I actually do workout I don’t like to do it on an empty stomach. An orange/collard green mix is light and fulfilling at the same time. I may add some coconut flakes or cinnamon for taste.

*I don’t like posting the finished product because most juices are not the prettiest and it scares people away from the health benefits lol

Why oranges?
-boosts heart health
-lowers cholesterol
-protects the skin
-provides “smart” carbs

Why collard greens?
-natural fat fighter
-good source of fiber with few calories
-good source of Vitamin A which helps the immune system
-crucial to bone health
-protects against cancer, heart disease, and cataracts
